We are seeking a motivated Sales Acquisition Specialist to help drive business growth. In this entry-level remote role, you will be the "engine" of our team—finding new potential clients, reaching out to them via phone and email, and helping turn interest into signed contracts.

Qualifications:-

• Open to all backgrounds—Graduates, Undergraduates, and Dropouts are welcome to apply.

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role (handling both outbound and inbound sales).

• Excellent to fluent English speaking skills.

• Experience with Google Workspace.

• Familiarity with VOIP dialers.

• Proficiency or familiarity with various CRM and sales software.

Core Skills:-

• Identifying leads and executing cold email/call campaigns.

• Assessing lead fit and managing high-volume pipelines.

• Interpersonal skills for building a quick rapport with new contacts.

• Handles rejection and maintains high daily activity levels.

• Tracking leads through every stage of the sales funnel.

• Disciplined and research-oriented; thrives in a remote, target-driven environment.

• Balances fast-paced inbound leads with steady outbound prospecting.

Working Conditions:-

• US hours (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM) with a 1-hour break.

• Fixed weekends (Saturday and Sunday) off.

• Remote role; requires your own laptop (BYOD).
