You agree to indemnify Elite Contact Solutions for all claims resulting from content you supply.
Elite Contact Solutions provides professional services, including lead generation, appointment setting, and sales support.
Pricing: Services are billed based on the chosen pricing model (number of callers/hours).
Payment: Payments for services are required in advance based on the specified hourly rates.
Refunds: All refunds are subject to the specific terms outlined in the Elite Contact Solutions Refund Policy.
Clients agree that any cancellation or temporary pause of services requires a written notice submitted at least two (2) weeks before the intended date. Failure to provide this notice will result in the Client being liable for payment for the services scheduled within those two weeks, regardless of whether the services were utilized.
All sales of virtual assistant services provided by Elite Contact Solutions are final: We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for any virtual assistant services purchased.
Eligibility for Refunds: Given the nature of our virtual assistant services, which involve time-sensitive tasks and dedicated resources, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Non-Refundable Services: All virtual assistant services provided by Elite Contact Solutions, including but not limited to outbound calls, lead generation, and appointment setting, are non-refundable. Once a service is purchased, the transaction is considered final.
All content hosted on Elite Contact Solutions platforms—including text, graphics, logos, and images—is the exclusive property of Elite Contact Solutions.
Any Material may not be reproduced without express written permission.
By submitting suggestions or materials to our platforms, you grant Elite Contact Solutions a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual right to use and modify that content to improve our services.
Confidentiality is a core pillar of Elite Contact Solutions' operations. "Confidential Information" includes proprietary data, business processes, and client records. These confidentiality obligations apply during your engagement with Elite Contact Solutions and remain in full force indefinitely after the relationship ends.
Definition of Confidential Information: This includes, but is not limited to:
Client Data: Lead lists, customer contact details, sales scripts, and proprietary business strategies.
Internal Processes: Training manuals, operational workflows, and security protocols.
Financial Info: Pricing structures, payroll data, and banking details.
"As Is" Basis: Elite Contact Solutions services and intranet platforms are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Damages: Elite Contact Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from technical interruptions.
Breach Consequences: Any material breach of these terms may lead to immediate termination of service, and potential legal action.
Elite Contact Solutions reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Users and clients will be notified of significant changes via email or other communication channels. Continued use of services after such notice constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
